Nederlandse Versie (English below)

BORTOLOMIOL “PRIOR”

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut Millesimato

Data Sheet

“PRIOR”

Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut Millesimato

The flagship sparkling wine of Bortolomiol’s traditional D.O.C.G. line. The Roman numeral on the capsule and the name “Prior” commemorate how Bortolomiol pioneered this Brut style when Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore was only produced as Extra Dry. Prior embodies Giuliano Bortolomiol’s visionary belief in Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore (now D.O.C.G.) and the Martinotti-Charmat method (aka “Italian method”).
